DEFINITIONS
"We/us" means Envirodry Towels, the supplier of the products.
"You" means the customer.
"Courier" means any courier or delivery service used to deliver your orders
"Delivery date" means the date specified by the seller when the goods are to be delivered, however time is not of the essence of this contract.
"Goods" means the products which you agree to purchase from Envirodry Towels.
"Website" means the Envirodry Towel website.
The Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us the seller to the exclusion of all other Terms & Conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.

- To deliver your order, we have to pass on your address to couriers or freight companies. If we have it, your telephone number is also provided to allow our couriers to contact you directly in the event of a questions about the delivery.
- To get in touch with you about offer or information by email only. We will only contact you via telephone to clarify issues relating to your order. Credit card and debit card details are checked and verified by a third party. Orders are only dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
